Shipping policy
Orders and shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over $60.
Subject to potential delays due to peak periods (such as Christmas) or high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control, all orders are processed within 2 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping charges and timeframes for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We only offer shipping to the Australian States of New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia and Victoria at this stage. Please ensure that you provide correct and complete shipping details when placing your order and note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@sciencehaircare.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Exchanges, refunds and returns may be provided at our discretion or otherwise in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. However, our products may not be exchanged, refunded or returned if you have simply changed your mind.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@sciencehaircare.com.au with your name and order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
If you have been sent an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by email at info@sciencehaircare.com.au. As long as the incorrect product returned to us is unopened and the packaging unaltered, we will arrange for the correct product to be sent at no additional cost to you.
